Nous demandons que cette constitution soit
refaite à l'aide de textes simples, droits, francs et
compréhensibles, par des gens sérieux s'intéressant réellement
aux citoyens européens et non à eux mêmes ou à leur pouvoir.
Le tout sur la base démocratique de la séparation complète des
pouvoirs législatif, exécutif, judiciaire et budgetaire entre le Parlement, la
Commission et les Conseils.
Du changement des statuts de la BCE, sans oublier un vrai système de pétition (voir
articles à refaire) permettant aux citoyens européens
de demander l'annulation d'une loi ou la proposition d'une nouvelle loi
sur la base d'une pétition minimum d'un million de signatures
recueillies.

We request this constitution be
redone with simple, straightforward and understandable texts,
by serious people who are really interested in the European
citizens and not in themselves or in their power.
All of this, on a democratic basis of the complete separation of
legislative, executive, judiciary and budgetary powers between the Parliament, the Commission
and Conseils.
The change of status of the BCE, while not forgetting an authentic system of petition (see
articles to redo) allowing European citizens to request
the cancellation of a law or the proposition of a new law based on a
petition with a minimum of one million collected signatures.
